Ms. Robinson is the founder and President of Bay Street HR, an outsourced human resources service provider to start-ups and mid-sized companies.

Prior to founding Bay Street HR, Ms. Robinson was Executive Director at CIBC World Markets, where she oversaw human resources for Global Investment Banking.

She also held senior HR positions at Fidelity Investments and American Express Travel in Boston and New York City. Ms. Robinson is currently a Director and Chair of the Human Resources and Compensation Committee of Park Lawn Corporation and a Director of Blockchain Foundry.

Ms. Robinson also serves on the board of Best Buddies, a global charitable organization. She is a graduate of the University of Toronto, Rotman School Directors Education Program and holds an ICD.D designation.
