Finance and operations executive with over 20 years of experience most recently serving as CFO for Flair Airlines Canada, transitioning it from a B737 charter operator to a profitable low cost scheduled carrier.

Prior to Flair, Ryan was CFO for ZEiTECS, a global artificial lift technology company overseeing its sale to Schlumberger; and Business Unit Finance Leader for KBR Services overseeing 12,000 employees growing revenue from $300M to $3B.

In addition, he played a key financial role in the Burger King turnaround that culminated with a successful IPO.

He is a Certified Management Accountant, with an MBA from Texas A&M University and BA from University of British Columbia.
